Our passion for a healthy and active lifestyle and our long-standing experience in the field of functional nutrition made our goal clear from the outset: to combine in the products that bear the brand name The Good Gourmet® quality and taste but with an extra idea: resistant starch, which allows us to offer gluten-free foods that are good for everyone thanks to their low glycaemic impact.
Our research and development managers have found the formula to meet the needs of consumers who are increasingly aware of the benefits that come from eating foods containing specific, healthy and nutritious ingredients, knowing that these guidelines must not be compromised even more so in the case of gluten intolerance. In order to produce food that is good for you, we could not use emulsifiers, preservatives, colourings and thickeners or other additives, but decided to use naturally gluten-free ingredients such as rice and maize, which are non-GMO and of the highest quality.
