Made with resistant starch, which slows down glucose absorption during digestion and helps reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes. Resistant starch makes up over 14% of total starch (AOAC Method 2002.2).

No added sugar. Using maltitol instead of sugar helps reduce blood sugar spike compared to foods containing sugar.

Rich in unsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are types of unsaturated fats).
