A passion for a healthy and active lifestyle, combined with long-standing experience in the functional food sector, made our goal clear from the very beginning: to bring together quality and great taste in all products bearing the Il Buon Gourmet® brand—enhanced by an extra idea. Resistant starch allows us to offer gluten-free foods that are good for everyone, thanks to their low glycemic impact.
Our research and development team has created the perfect formula to meet the needs of today’s increasingly conscious consumers—people who understand the benefits of choosing foods made with carefully selected, healthy, and nutritious ingredients, especially when gluten intolerance is a concern. In order to produce foods that promote well-being, we do not use emulsifiers, preservatives, colorings, thickeners, or other additives. We have therefore chosen naturally gluten-free ingredients such as rice and corn, all non-GMO and of the highest quality.
